New Delhi, India (AHN) - Shilpa Shetty, the Bollywood actess who shot to international fame after winning the British reality television show "Celebrity Big Brother," is reportedly facing a hard time to keep her career on track. The 32-year-old star has been dropped by British publicist Max Clifford, her management company has been sued and on a personal front the actress has been accused of 'husband-stealing.'
According to The Sun, sources have revealed London law firm Carter Ruck, which gave Shetty the legal advice and guidance in the aftermath of the British Celebrity Big Brother race scandal, has sued her management company Cine Entertainment for unpaid bills worth $20,000.
A Security firm, CTR Services, has also claimed that Shetty owed them a sum of $3,000.
Shetty's agent, Farnath Hussain, however, told the British tabloid that he was "in the process" of paying off the debts.
The news comes amid reports that the Indian actress has been dropped from PR guru Max Clifford's client list after a series of clashes with his employees.
The actress also gained negative publicity recently for her alleged affair with a married London-based businessman Raj Kundra.
